I almost never spend any of my personal time leaving a review.
Today is the exception, since I went to Garcias Tire truck and trailer repair in Banning California. They answered the phone on the first try the staff was super friendly very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They offered some helpful tips for my trip and how to perform maintenance and were pleasant in every way you can imagine. What's the old saying? You can have fast good or cheap pick any two. Well this place was all three. Super reasonable rate was less than I expected.
It's hard to find a good mechanic never mind a good mechanic who works on trailers and trucks. So, if anyone driving a 6 cylinder Ford pickup or an 18 wheeler, if you live near Banning or you're just passing through and you need anything done Garcias Tire truck and trailer repair is the first place you should go. 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERY DAY! THANK YOU GUYS!

Aluminum wheel cracked In half and ripped everything (trailer)
He change a rim, tire, airbag and made the trailer safe so I can keep going to the nearest shop to have my galiper/brake replaced.

I drove last night I -10 west bound right around 8:00pm in Cherry Hills.
Truck broke down due to a bad Air leak under the fifth wheel.
Called this guy at night to get an estimate and text messaged picture of broken part.
Mr. Garcia assured me that he will get there by 7:00am to repair it. 5:30am I get a phone call from him saying he got the part from Freightliner dealership and he's on the way.
Got straight to business and got the job done in 1/2hr. 100 stars for this man.
For someone like me that has driven 2 million miles since 1994,,,I can say that you don't see lots of road call service men like Mr. Garcia. Thanks for your service good man.

My vehicle was towed to Garcia's from another shop who claimed they couldn't repair it. It was towed to there with multiple parts inside the vehicle from the engine. The distributor was in pieces. The computer had been unplugged and removed to avoid removing the upper manifold to remove the distrbutor (OK, whatever, bro) The first day it was touch and go. The next day Garcia called me and told me to come pick up my vehicle. It was ready to go. He has experienced, competent mechanics whose skills range from repairing mega 18 wheelers and their trailers who nreak down while travelling through the pass area everyday from the interstate to newer vehicles with complex computer systems that dealerships charge well over a hundred dollats an hours to repair, to simple jobs on vehicles like mine who the dealer describes as throw away cars) Maybe to them but to me it's difference between driving a vehicle or taking the bus. The bad mechanics I've met in the past make me think riding the bus isn't so bad.

Garcia's price to repair my vehicle was cheaper than I thought it would be and he made sure it wasn't going to be so overwhelming that it would not be possible to fit into my budget. He is a very reasonable man as long as you are honest with him.

In the case of my vehicle, I have never had to return once to have him redo any work he performed.

Since January 2018 the only repair I have needed is to replace a tire. This is a miracle in itself.

I have experienced every bad mechanic in this pass area over the last ten years usually spending three times the amount of the repair to finally get it repaired correctly. You have to wonder if you know what you're doing if the mechanic your buddy referred you to as being a "great mechanic" should actually be working on your car, which is so important in your life when the mechanic is still riding a bicycle....and doesn't have his own tools because "someone stole them" or he "had to sell them to a pawn shop to pay his rent" or whatever. If you call the number on Garcia's card that he provides to you at the conclusion of the job, most times you can usually expect Garcia answer the phone personally. I worked for Car Dealerships for a span of 25 years in LA, and I can tell you from experience that Garcia's shop displays the attributes of a shop that is trustworthy and his mechanics have the skills necessary to perform most any type of job put in front of them in a timely manner. What else can you expect?

My boyfriend and I came to your shop a few weeks back and purchased 2 used 16 inch tires for our 2002 Ford explorer sport. The other night the explorer started to overheat, so I pulled over and pur some extra antifreeze in it. It was fine and then on my way home the same night on the 10 freeway the car stopped accelerating and the entire car shut off on its own. Then the hazards wouldn't even stay on. I figured I ran outta gas but when I went to fill more gas the explorer now just stalls every time I try to put my foot on the brake to shift gears. I just need some help.

Somehow GPS sent me on a wrong turn and I ended up going Down a dirt trail near San gorgonio Ave and I got my car stuck in sand hubby and I tried all we could until we decided to give Garcia's tire a try... My hero! Ezequiel was incredible! He was very professional and fast when he came to help us with a blown out tire on my 5th wheel trailer. My spare tire was damaged and he had to go back to his shop to get a tire for us. What a life saver?!?! I'll be foing back to get the rest of my tires changed at his shop this week.

I was stuck out in Beaumont and couldn't get Mercedes or AAA to assist me. As a last resort I yelped and called the first place I found. Garcia came and repaired my car within two hours. Very reasonable and I never had to get out my car.

Our bus of 56 teens blew a tire and damaged the break system. It was the middle of summer 107 out and they took care of the bus AND the kids. Brought water and popsicles! Top notch guys!

I had my first contact with Garcia's this weekend. I was on the side of the road with two flat tires with my family in our RV Trailer. Scratching my head wondering what I was going to do, one of Garcia's service trucks stopped and was able to air up my tires and reseat the beads. This all within about 20 minutes.
